Every order will be processed within a maximum of 3 working days.

The company entitled for the shipping may vary on different orders. Shipping time may vary depending on the destination.

All our products have warranty for fabrication defects. This type of warranty is a service is a responsibility of our dealers and the time for processing the warranty may be longer than one month. World Surf Store does not responsabilize for defects that are not approved by the Technical Service of the brand that produced the item.

Warranty on boards does not apply for damages originating from board usage, lack of maintenance, incorrect preservation. World Surf Store does not responsabilize for defects that are not approved by the Technical Service of the brand that produced the board.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the opportunity to change or return the item. You have 14 calendar days, starting from the day you received the item to send back all the components of the item in perfect conditions in the original packaging, together with the receive and user guide.

In case of product damage due to inadequate packaging, we will not accept return. When the item you sent arrives in our shop, we will check if the case complies with the above mentioned conditions and decide if accept the devolution. In case of acceptance the money will be sent back, or if necessary we will ship another item.
